NextAce: Creative Strategy, Design & Event Execution

Transforming a Legacy Brand with Modern Creative Solutions

When I joined NextAce in mid-March, my first project was ambitious—a full website redesign and relaunch due by April 1st. With only two weeks to complete the project and no prior experience with the Divi Builder platform, I jumped in with both feet.

Despite the learning curve, I successfully redesigned and launched the new website on time. The overhaul included a modernized layout, improved UX, responsive design, and updated visuals that aligned with the brand’s mission of innovation in the title industry. I also collaborated with key stakeholders throughout the process to ensure the site accurately reflected the company’s evolving voice and goals.

Visual Identity Refresh: Logo Evolution

In addition to the website, I led the refinement of the NextAce brand mark, evolving their logo to be more flexible and modern. I created multiple lockups and versions of the logo—optimized for use in both positive and reverse color applications, simple outlines, and monochrome formats—ensuring the brand maintained visual consistency across digital, print, and video platforms.

Logo Variations:

  • Positive and reverse color schemes

  • Simplified outline version

  • Vector-ready assets for web, print, and video use

Creative Direction: Video & Motion Content

Following the launch, I curated a video reel to showcase ongoing creative work for NextAce. The video includes a range of content—software walk-throughs, motion graphics, internal training assets, and branded content—designed to support both marketing and eLearning initiatives.

Strategic Event Planning

Beyond digital and video, I played a key role in event planning and execution. This included designing promotional materials, managing social media announcements, and collaborating with stakeholders to coordinate logistics.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinating event logistics and timelines

  • Designing branded collateral (flyers, signage, invites)

  • Managing social promotions and content calendars

  • Liaising with sponsors, donors, and NextAce team leads

  • Ensuring a consistent and engaging branded experience
